Writing Documentation in an Agile Environment

10 Feb 2021 @ 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm EST

Technical illustration about the AGILE cycle
This feature in The MasterClass in TechComm Speakers Series will advise on how content creators should produce work in an agile environment.

Many teams and organizations are talking about “being more agile,” but it’s hard to know what that actually means. With various agile framework options available, and the agile manifesto itself stating that agile doesn’t value “lengthy documentation,” it’s hard to understand where content creation fits.

We will explore how agile product development teams can rapidly develop and deliver content alongside their product.

Throughout his time on multiple product teams, Matt Reiner has contributed as a scrum master, technical writer, marketer, UX writer, and speaker. Matt believes good information matters to users, good tools matter to information creators, and fluid collaboration matters to leaders seeking out tools. Matt is a K15t app user and advocates for its users on the team that makes K15t apps.
