This MasterClass in TechComm Speakers Series Webinar discusses the purpose of drawing and methods and techniques to learn how to draw.

Learning How To Draw

Learning How to Draw is part II of Adam Bradley’s previous presentation: Foundations of Technical Illustration. Although it is Part II, you don’t need to have attended the previous event to benefit from this one. This session answers the question, “how do I learn to be good at drawing?” The secret, as with most things in life, is lots of practice. Mr. Bradley will discuss the purpose of drawing, methods and techniques to learn how to draw, and resources that can be used to learn how to draw better.

Takeaways will include:

  • Understanding the purpose of drawing for technical communication.
  • Learning methods and techniques to become a better illustrator.
  • Becoming familiar with types, mediums, and tools for drawing.
