Administrative Council Meeting Registration Form


If you are planning to attend an Administrative Council meeting, please fill in this form and click on the Submit form button. The information you enter will be forwarded to the chapter president. Your information will be used for purposes of managing the attendees only and will not be sold or distributed to third parties. This will let us know how many to expect and how much food to have on hand, if applicable. If you need more information about the Administrative Council, look at the Administrative Council page.

Meeting Description

This is an open meeting. STC members interested in the administrative workings of their chapter are also invited to attend. If the meeting is a face-to-face meeting, a light lunch will be served at no cost to participants.

This meeting is required for elected Administrative Council officers and encouraged for committee managers. Committee managers must submit a Committee Report to the Chapter President the day before the meeting. If you cannot attend, please communicate with the chapter president ahead of time. The Council will plan to review your report in your absence.

Five of the eight elected Administrative Council officers (President, 1st VP, Secretary, Treasurer, At-Large Directors (3), and the Immediate Past President) must be present to create the required quorum for an official chapter administrative meeting.

Agenda

The agenda will include the following general topics (final agenda will be provided at the meeting):

  • Review / approve the minutes from the last meeting
  • Review action items from the last meeting
  • Discuss highlights from reports from officers and committee managers
  • Finance
  • Nominations for chapter officers and awards
  • Public Relations
  • Events
  • Competition
  • Website
  • Vote on all items requiring a vote
  • Discuss new business and future meeting plans
